We know the relationship between chauffeur and client needs more than just efficiency. That’s why our chauffeurs are dab hands at booking tickets, cancelling reservations…even sending flowers for forgotten anniversaries. In essence, our chauffeurs act as assistants. Many of our clients now ask for specific drivers by name because they enjoy being driven by somebody they trust.
We understand how frustrating it is when chauffeur companies use call centres. That’s why we have a small, dedicated Chauffeur Service Team who handle all the enquiries personally. It makes it much easier for clients to make last-minute changes with confidence. It also means we can help our clients by doing lots of the planning on their behalf. Whether it’s scheduling roadshows, or organising chauffeur travel abroad – it’s just an extra part of our service.
